The World is yearning for the Savior:

Savior1

Most of people in the World know that this World needs a Savior to fix all our problems and to save the planet, however the sad thing is that people all too often we look elsewhere rather look to Jesus; not knowing that Jesus is the one and only true Savior of the World.  We were all created to Worship God yet if God is not the object of our affection, we will worship something else as a substitute. People make gods out of sport teams, singers, actors, dancers, politicians, television shows, and athletes. We like to see our favorite sport teams and players dominate, we love to cheer them on and see someone make the winning goal to win the game.  We all are created to; worship, cheer, celebrate and praise God yet too many people don’t use this desire and passion to honor things created by God rather than honor God. We put people up on a pedestal and then we are disappointed when we realize that they have flaws, like our own.

Savior2Just like our cars can breakdown, our lives can breakdown too. In this life we are here to discover the Truth and the Truth is that People need the Jesus, He is our Savior.  The Word of God teaches us in John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

All our problems in life are designed to draw us to the One who can fix those problems, give us hope, sustain us, provide for all our needs and answer our all questions. We all have needs and only Jesus can supply all our needs.  If you have come to point that you realize that only Jesus is able to Save this World, you are wise. There is always something happening in the World and sometimes life can get very hard, especially if you don’t know the true Savior. When we rely on man and the World we often find ourselves being disappointed over and over again and being tossed about like ship without a sail this is because no one can do for us what Jesus can do.

The people of the World know deep within that the World needs a Savior, whether they want to admit it or not.  Our fascination with super heroes is at an all time high and these movies and cartoons fascinate us because deep inside we all know that the World needs a Savior.

Many of the World’s, and Hollywood’s, most popular movies have characters in the leading role that plays a role of savior of the World, yet there is only on Savior of World and that is Jesus.  Many our movies and books have a central character that is supposed to save the World from the evil forces within.  The battle of good and evil is played out on the silver screen, television, radio and print every day.

The comic book action hero Superman is one of the best examples of this type of character.  Superman was sent by his father from another world to our world, he was his dad’s only son, his dad gave him instructions on how to interact with mankind, he couldn’t lie, he was just, he was sent here to show us the way and to save the World from evil.  The Matrix was also full of symbolic messianic overtones. In this movie there was one man who was chosen among all other men to save the World, he was called the one.  The city of their ancestry was called Zion, the people looked upon him as the savior of their World, he had supernatural powers and He gained his greatest powers after he came back from the dead. These types of movies fascinate people so much because deep within we all know that this World needs to be saved.

John 10:

7 Therefore Jesus said again, “Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep.

8 All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them.

9 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved.a They will come in and go out, and find pasture.

10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

11“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

12 The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it.

13 The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep.

14 “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—

15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep.

16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.

17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again.

18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.

Savior4Jesus Saves, He is only hope for the World.  Jesus is often overlooked but everyone will have to come through him in order to get to get to Heaven, God.  Jesus Saves!!!

There was man named Nickodemus who was a teacher of the law during the time the Jesus lived on Earth. Nickodemus came to Jesus privately one night because he knew that Jesus was sent by God and he wanted to know how he could be saved.  The Bible teaches us in

John 3:

1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Nicodemus knew that Jesus possessed the answer to salvation and he went to Jesus to inquire about Eternal life.  Jesus knowing his thoughts, told him that  “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God”.  In order to be saved we all must be born again by the Holy Spirit.  Jesus is the only one who can give us this new birth so that we can be saved and have Eternal Life.

God is our Creator and Loving Father:

God knows everything; He is the all knowing and all powerful One.  He is the Creator of all the universe and nothing exists but by Him.  The Bible teaches us this in 1 Corinthians 8:6 yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.

No matter what you’ve have heard about God, the Father and His Son Jesus, up until this point, we ask that you be open to learning about God from a Biblical point of view. The Lord God has brought you to this place right now, so that you can learn about His great love for you and discover His Son Jesus Christ.  You would not be here at this moment, if God did not lead you here.   The most important thing for you to know right now is that God Loves You!  He loves each of us beyond what we can even ask or think.  He loves you and He wants you to learn about Him and love Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. The first and greatest commandment God gave to us is Deuteronomy 6:5 Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.

One of the most important things for you to always remember is that God loves you so much that He sent His only begotten Son to die for your sins and the sins of the Whole World.  If you where the only person alive on Earth Jesus would have come and given His Life “just for you”.

The Bible teach us about God’s great love for us:

1 John 4: 10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.

This is why we should all love Him with all our heart because He first Loved us.  He loves us unconditionally and He loves us more that anyone else could ever love us, He even loves us more than we love our own selves.  No matter where you are your life, relationships, career, goals or beliefs, Jesus is your Answer and He wants you to know for sure that you are saved and that Heaven is you Eternal Home.

God is absolutely deeply and profoundly in Love with you. God loves you more you love yourself. Yes, that is right God’s loves for you is greater than your love for yourself.  Jesus gave us a glimpse of the Father’s great love for us when He told us how God knows each sparrow and not one can fall from flight without God knowing about it and how each hair of our heads are all numbered.  God loves you so much that He keeps track of the very hairs on your head, you cannot lose one hair without God knowing.  We may love ourselves a good deal but I don’t think anyone of us has ever tried to keep an accurate account of the hairs of our head. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 10: 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. 30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

God loves for us firm forever but the question is, do you love God?  Remember that God created us all to love Him and to be His Children, His Family.  True Love is something that cannot be forced, we must choose to love God.  Our choices show our love for God. The Word of God teaches us this in 1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

When we obey God’s commands, it shows that we love God.  The sad thing about this present World we live in is that this World does not love God.  In fact the World is against God because this present World is corrupt, evil and sinful.  The Word of God teaches us this in

1 John 2: 15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. 16 For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. 17 The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.

The Fall of Mankind:

We can see that this Present World is corrupted, evil, sinful, dying and needs a Savior but how did it get this way?

God originally put Adam and Eve in charge this World but Adam and Eve sinned against God by disobeying His Word.  This World was at first perfect paradise and Adam and Eve lived in a World without pain and suffering, with a pleasant and beautiful environment, until they sinned against God.  This is known as original sin and the result of original sin proves that all sin must be accounted for and God Word is true and God means what He says.

God told Adam and Eve that if they sinned against His commands by eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they would die.

Genesis 2: 15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Savior5We must realize something; Adam and Eve lived in perfection and the lack nothing.  Adam and Eve had beautiful fellowship with God and the World was a paradise.  Some people don’t believe in Satan but the truth is, Satan does exist and he is the tempter, deceiver, the thief, the enemy, the destroyer and the accuser of God’s children. Jesus confirmed Satan’s existence many times in scripture and Jesus said this, John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

In the beginning of Creation God when Adam and Eve were living the good life of God’s royal children, Satan used a serpent, one of God creatures, to tempt Adam and Eve to sin against God. Satan knew that the only he could gain access in order to destroy the perfect World God had created was to have Adam sin against God.

The Serpent’s deceives Eve and then Eve gave the forbidden fruit to Adam:

Genesis 3:

1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Savior6God said that if Adam and Eve sinned by eating from the tree of knowledge they would die.

Satan uses the serpent to deceive the woman by telling Eve that “you shall not really die”, in other words the devil said to them “God is lying to you”.  The Word of God teaches us in Number 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?  God cannot lie, God is True and His Word is flawless.  The is how Jesus describes Satan in John 8:44 He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

When the serpent told Eve that that you shall not surely die, that was a lie to get Her and Adam to sin against God.  We must very care in this World because Satan will lie to us in order to deceive us.

Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Keep in mind that this same demonic trick, tactic and scheme is used by Satan today and every day since the original fall of mankind, to get us to disobey the Word of God.  It is the same ole devil but

instead of speaking to us through a serpent, he now uses people, thoughts and suggestions.  Remember the temptation to eat the fruit of knowledge of good and evil meant that Adam gave Satan access to bring evil into our lives.  That means everything bad, demonic, satanic and evil now has power to steal, kill and destroy on the Earth.  Adam gave Satan this authority when he sinned against God by disobeying God Word.  We also give Satan authority when we obey his lie and sin against God.

Sin causes fear and unbelief to enter the World:

Savior7Fear binds our faith and destroys on confidence toward God.  God wants us full of faith and confidence toward the things of God. God, knowing everything that had happened, came walking in the Garden of Eden as He had done many times before, to fellowship with Adam and Eve.  Adam and Eve were afraid, because they were naked and they hid themselves from God.  Friends fear is demonic and we live in a World of fear now because of the fall.  What is fear?  Fear is False, Evidence, Appearing, Real, F.E.A.R. Fear is lie and fear did not exist in this World until after Sin entered in.   Fear is the opposite of faith.

Fear is spirit, a demonic spirit and it has come into this world through sin.  That is why the bible says in 2 Timonthy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.  If God has not given us a spirit of fear, who did? Satan.  By fear this is not speaking of someone taking shelter in storm or staying clear of a wild animals, that is being very sensible.  By fear this means not believing Gods word because of the lies of Satan, which produce fear, condemnation and unbelief.  Remember when Adam heard the voice God he said “I was afraid because I was naked and hid myself”, read below:

Genesis 3:

8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

Adam was afraid of God because of his sin which made him fearful because he was full of guilt and condemnation.  Many people don’t come to Church or serve God because they are fearful of God and they hide themselves on Sunday and other days because of sin in their life.  Some people don’t give tithes and offering to God, even though He commands us to in Malachi 3:8-12, because they are afraid they might not have enough for themselves.  This is the type of fear that is demonic and displeases God.  Remember fear is the opposite of faith and without faith it is impossible to please the Lord, Hebrews 11:6.  When we don’t obey God’s Word and hide ourselves from God’s presence because we are afraid, that is a demonic fear.  Jesus gave us a parable of man who hid his talent, not obeying God’s word by using his talent, and this man was judged because of his fear and unbelief.

Read this portion of parable of the Talents:

Matthew:

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Notice that the phrase this unprofitable servant used is in Matthew 25: 25 is the same language Adam used in the Garden of Eden, he said to the Lord, “I was afraid and went and hid”.  This my friends is kind of fear that is demonic because it is opposes God’s Word and is without faith in God.  God does not want us to be fearful and the more we sin against God, the more fearful we became toward the things of God.  Sin makes people fearful and unbelieving in the things of God.  This type of fear is not the fear that wisdom gives us which is to respect God and reverence Him.  This is demonic spirit fear is a result of sin which lead people away from God and further into sin.

This demonic spirit of fear is why many don’t want to acknowledge that God exists.  Rather say that God exists or they would rather say that there is no God, this is the demonic spirit of fear at work. They are so afraid of having to obey God or being accountable to God so much that they hide, or suppress the knowledge of God, which is all around them.

The Word of God clearly teaches us that God is our Creator but many choose to deny God’s existence and by doing so they themselves deny the very God that made them.

Romans 1:

18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness,

19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.

20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools

23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.

25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.

27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips,

30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents;

31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy.

32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

The more we operate in sin the more negative, critical, doubtful and fearful we become.

The more we operate in righteousness and faith the more; bold, peaceful, assured, positive, trusting in God and confident in God and in the things pertaining to God.  The Word of God teaches this in Proverbs 28:1The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

Savior8We must always have confidence toward God.  God is good and we must always know that He is looking out for our good.  God is not against you, He is the best friend you have ever had.  Satan will send thoughts, suggestions and idea to your mind to lead you into sin, doubt and unbelief.  We must stop listening to the lies of Satan that draw us away from the truth of God.  We must always say within ourselves that if God’s Word says it, that settles it!  We must have faith to say that God is always for me, He is true, He is just and God only wants the best for me.  When anything comes into our mind that is opposite of what God’s word says, we must can down those thoughts and imaginations.  The Word of God teaches us this in

2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

God’s Word is the only source of Truth in the Universe and we are all here on Earth to learn that.

God gave us His Word, the Bible, so we could know right from wrong and live a blessed life.  What played out with Adam and Eve plays out in the lives of every person on Earth every day.

Savior9Adam and Eve had a choice to believe the true voice of God or to listen to the lying voice of Satan.  They chose to listen to the lying voice of Satan and we all see the consequences of not trusting God’s Word.  Let us all trust and obey God’s Word.  He will never lie to us or deceive us in anyway.  Those who dare discredit the very existence of God and say that god doesn’t exist,

will one day have to stand before God and give an account of their actions.  It is wise for us all to take God at His Word, regardless of what others may say or do.  God’s Word say in Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Genesis 1: 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

The Heavens, The Earth, The Moon, The Stars, The entire Universe and everything known and known was made by God.  Many in these last days don’t want to give God credit for be the Creator. They would rather say that the World evolved rather than honor God by acknowledging Him as Creator.  Why is this? Sin, pride and rebellion are the reasons.  The World doesn’t want to have to acknowledge because if they do, they will have to obey and be accountable to Him

God Word says that anyone who doesn’t believe in Him is a Fool:

Psalm 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

I agree with God, how about you?  How could any look at all the various creatures here on Earth, the mountains, plants, trees, waters, stars, moon, sun and all creation and say it happened on its own?  The truth is that all men know deep within there is Creator but many have suppressed that truth and choose to believe a lie.

God confronts Adam and Eve’s sin and curses the serpent:

Genesis 3:

12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

One thing that is true about God is that He will always deal with our sin.  There are many people who think that they will never have to give an account of the things they do but with God there will always come a day of reaping what you have sown, whether good or bad, this is a Spiritual law.  The Word of God say in Galatians 6:

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

You can get by, buy you can’t get away and you can do the crime but you will have to pay.  God always knows what we’ve done right and wrong but He wants us to confess our sins Him.  There is no forgiveness of sin without confession.

Adam tells God that “the woman you gave me, she gave me the fruit and I did eat”.

Eve tells God that the “serpent deceived me and I did eat”.  Both of them told God that they were deceived by another and though this was true, we must remember that Stan was behind all of these lies and deception.  Notice that God cursed the serpent but He did not curse Adam and Eve. God didn’t curse Adam and Eve because had God done so, all future generations would have been cursed.

This is the first prophetic scripture that tells about the Messiah.  The Word of God says “I will put enmity between the serpent and woman and between the serpent’s seed and her seed”.  It also says that “her seed shall bruise the serpent’s head” and the serpent shall bruise His heel.  It did not say the man’s seed but in said the woman’s seed, which lets us know the Messiah would be born of woman (Virgin Birth) but He would have no earthly man as his Father.  The messiah’s would Father would be God himself. This is the first Messianic prophecy in the Old Testament.

Genesis: 3

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

The Penalty for Sin is the curse and Death.

The Consequences of Sin is passed down from God, to His people.  This is a very important part of scripture.  We must all take heed because this teaches us that though God is loving and He is forgiving but all sin must be dealt with.

The Curse of sin and death enters the World:

Genesis: 3

16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

20 And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

God expels Adam and Eve from the Paradise He had created for them:

Genesis 3:

21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

To sum up the fall of mankind: Eve believed the lies of Satan and she sinned, then she persuaded Adam to sin and then came the fall of mankind. There was no thorns, bad weather, sickness, diseases, pain, suffering, carnivores or death in the World until Adam and Even sinned. Adam and Eve lived hundreds of years after the fall but their sin allowed Satan to come into their lives wreaking havoc by stealing, killing and destroying the perfection they once had enjoyed in the Garden of Eden. Adam and Eve eventually did die physically but long before they died physically, they died spiritually. The wages of sin is sometimes slow approaching but unless it is dealt with by repenting and turning from sin, it will always cause death and devastation. However if people will repent, accept Jesus and live for Him, He will give them Eternal Life in God’s perfect Kingdom. God hates sin, in fact sin separates us from God and Jesus came as an offering for all our sins in order to bridge the gap between God and Mankind.  Jesus came to restore what Adam lost in the Garden of Eden.

Savior10Sin brings death, the bible says “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23).  According to law of God, in order to atone for sin there must sin offering.  There is no forgiveness without the shedding of blood.

Leviticus 6: 24 And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying, 25 Speak unto Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin offering: In the place where the burnt offering is killed shall the sin offering be killed before the LORD: it is most holy. 26 The priest that offers it for sin shall eat it: in the holy place shall it be eaten, in the court of the tabernacle of meeting.

Jesus is the last Adam and he came to restore what the first Adam lost in the Garden of Eden.  In fact Adam was a symbol of the Christ to come.  1 Corinthians 15:22 ”For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive”.

Romans 5:

12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned—

13 To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyone’s account where there is no law.

14 Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who is a pattern of the one to come.

15 But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many!

16 Nor can the gift of God be compared with the result of one man’s sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification.

17 For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!

18 Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.

19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

20 The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more,

21 so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God sent His only begotten Son into this sinful World to save us from all our sins.  Jesus is the Savior of the World.  There is no other Savior besides Jesus and He is the only way to Eternal Life.  Jesus came to this sinful World to give us LIFE.  Jesus is The Way, The Truth and The Life.  The curse of sin came into this World through the Fall of Man but Jesus came to restore all the things that Adam lost.

Savior11Galatians 3: 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

This present World is broken and it is needs to be saved.  That is why the World needs Jesus. Jesus is God’s Answer to save this broken and dying World.  Most people can see that the World we live in needs to be healed, delivered, set free and we need someone to save us.  The only person that can and will Save this World is Jesus Christ.  There reason we need a Savior is because the World is perishing. God loves the world so He sent Jesus to save us.

The Bible teaches us in John 3:

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
